checking in
Life ebbs and flows.
There are creational cycles filled with outer growth and expansion and those that require a slower, inward descent on the spiral.
Each are relative to the other and absolutley necessary in our human and soul evolution.
For those of us who walk the conscious path, the inner landscapes are often tended to in private and our outer seasons can be supported within community and socially, as we birth our integrated presence back into the world.
During times of deep internal work it is important to consider the nature of the environments around you and the company that you are keeping.
By checking in to see what is of resonance, what is enabling healing and supporting - even in the way of opposites is equally as important as our own self inquiry.
Holding compassion for the all and our process, we can then determine our next steps and what our human and our soul really needs to move forward.
This type of self check in can often reveal patterns and disfunction that we are holding ourselves, reflected in those around us.
It is our personal responsibility to discern what is ours to challenge and change, and ours to soften and accept.
Everyone is trying. Everyone deep down wants peace and ease. I believe that. I believe humans do not want to suffer or keep creating the same holding patterns that have kept us and our ancestors stuck in trauma and disharmony.
Everyone deserves healing and grace.
It is our souls birthright and legacy.
When we check in and honour the space we may need to create temporarily or permanently from people, places, patterns, mindsets and ways of being we begin an alchemical shift towards the light, our true nature and our original essence.
The light will help release the dark, and make room for more growth and change and as long as we trust that their is a higher consciousness holding and supporting us in a greater or more peaceful embodiment, then we can surrender and begin.
